Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2/Additional Commissioner, Judicial (second), Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide the pending cases bearing Case No. 1232 of 2024 (computerized case no. C20241440000001232), (Santosh Kumar Vs. Gaon Sabha and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and also decide the stay application dated 01.05.2024 pending before him within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
