Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent 4/Lekhpal and the Respondent 2, 3 and 5 (Revenue authorities) not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over plots no. 250 having an area 0.020 hectare, 251M (wrongly transcribed as 151M in the Khatauni) having an area of 0.133 hectare and plot no. 259 having an area 0.082 hectare situated in the Village Topari, Tehsil and District Saharanpur, without following the due process of law." 3.
