This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- " Issue a writ or direction, in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 06.09.2021 passed by Additional Commissioner-I, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj in Case No. 00735 of 2018, (Computerised Case No. C201802000000735) (Dharam Pal Singh and others Versus Smt. Phoolmati and others)." 3. By order dated 11.4.2018, respondent No.2 has permitted the petitioner to file objection to the affidavit filed by the plaintiff. Against this order, a revision has been filed and the same has been dismissed by the order impugned 16.9.2021. 4. Since the proceedings are pending before the Court below, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to contest the proceedings
