This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 27.01.2024 passed by learned Additional Commissioner, Basti in Case No. 00303 of 2019, Computer Case No. C201917000000303 (Laxmishankar Vs. Tilakram and others) and order dated 16.03.2016 passed by Additional Commissioner, Basti Division, Basti in Revision No. C20021700005 (Laxmishankar and ors. Vs. Tilakram and Ors.), U/S 333 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act." 3. By the order impugned, passed by the Commissioner, proceedings have been remanded to be decided afresh. Petitioner is the only complainant in proceedings u/s 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act. 4. Since the matter is pending before respondent No.3, in my view, no interference is called for at this stage. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with
