Issue a nature writ order or direction in the of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents no. 3 and 3 to pass the order in writing in pursuance of legal provision provided under Section 131-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. and 76 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period of 1 month in accordance with law, subject to record the name of the petitioners as recorded transferable bhumidhar of gata no.322/0.228 hectares." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner, who is a bhumidhar with non-transferable rights is entitled for conferment of bhumidhari rights with power of transfer in view of Section 131-B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R.
