This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i) Issue an order or direction to respondent no. 4 to decide the Case No. 3834 of 2023, Computerized Case No. T202314360103834 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Vimlesh) pending before Tehsildar, Judicial, Varanasi Mandal, District- Jaunpur, Tehsil- Shahganj (Respondent No. 4) as early as possible within stipulated period of time." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submitted that necessary orders have been passed on 05.12.2024 and the relief claimed by the petitioners has been addressed. 5.
