Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "a. Issue a suitable direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the recall application dated 22.02.2023 filed by the applicant under Section 82 of Revenue Code, 2006 in suit No. 1 (Naresh Pal Vs. Gram Sabha) decided by respondent No. 1 on 17.10.2022 under Section 80 of the Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that restoration application of the petitioner against the order dated 17.10.2022 is pending since 2023. He prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction
