The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 2/Sub Divisional Magistrate Phoolpur Prayagraj to decide the application dated 6.2.2024 under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Rambali Vs Stae of U.P. and others) and ensure demarcation of the plot no. 2413 area 0.2000 hectare situated in Village- Sherdeeh, Pargana- Jhunsi Tehsil: - Phoolpur District- Prayagraj within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid application is pending since 2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
