Present writ petition is filed by petitioners praying for the following relief: "(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 and 4 to comply with the order dated 14.9.2023 passed by Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar, respondent no. 2 passed in case being case no. 6825 of 2020 (Computer Case no. T202005440106825) (Mustakeem and others Vs. Shakeel and others), whereby the respondent No. 2 directed to respondent no. 3 and 4 to ensure the measurement and submit report before him expeditiously." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 14.09.2023 passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has not been complied with. 4.
