Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent No.02 to decide mutation proceeding of Case No. T2021166702881 of 2021 (Kartani Devi vs. Giriza Devi) under Section 34 of U.P.R.C. 2006 after deciding application dated 27.07.2024 of the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that mutation proceeding under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before respondent no.2/Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil- Gyanpur, District-Bhadhoi (Sant Ravidas Nagar).
