The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, commanding respondent no.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, Gorakhpur to decide Case No.4856/2013-14 (Computer Case No.T201405310310596) as well as Case No.4860/2013-14 (Computerized Case No.T201405310310600), filed under Section 34/35 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901, within the stipulated time. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that proceeding under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 is pending before the Tehsildar since 2014.
