This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no.3 to decide the mutation application of the petitioner having case no. 3014 of 2022 computerized case no. T202215090203014 (Kusum Vs. Nand Kumar) under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in a fix period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid mutation application is pending consideration since 2022 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
