The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to adopt the proceeding of demarcation and demolish the illegal construction made by the respondent no.3 over the Arazi No.565K situated in maujza Sarane, Tehsil Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar, District Chandauli which is 'pond' in government record. ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 09.11.2024 of petitioner accordance with law." 3.
