The present petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 13.3.2023 in case No. T202314360300612 passed by the respondent no.3 for mutate the name of private respondents (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing to the respondent no.1 & 2 set up inquiry against respondents no.4 & 5 while violation of provisions provided U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised learned Standing Counsel that against the order dated 13.3.2023 passed by respondent No.3 in proceedings u/s 34 of the U.P.
