Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13.12.2024 passed by respondent no. 4 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Rajatalab, District Varanasi. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that an application was filed by the petitioners under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. After submission of the report, the case was registered on 12.12.2024 and the impugned order has been passed on 13.12.2024. No opportunity was given to the petitioners to present their case. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal against the order impugned. 5. Since the order has been passed the very next day of registration of the case without any opportunity to the petitioner to participate in the proceedings,
