Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the suit no.T202412610405192 (Hasan Ali versus Kifayat Shah & others), under section 116 Revenue Act, pending in the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jalalabad Distinct Shahjahanpur within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court, so that justice may be done, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court otherwise the petitioners will suffer in great irreparable loss and injury." 3.
