By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the validity of orders dated 19.02.2024 (as contained in Annexure Nos.1 & 2) passed by the Chief Environmental Office (Circle-2), U.P. Pollution Control Board, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. 3. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being finally decided at the admission stage. 4. It is true that some proceedings for carrying out mining without issuance of a C.T.O. by U.P. Pollution Control Board had been initiated against the petitioner before the National Green Tribunal i.e. N.G.
