Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 29.09.2023 passed by the Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Sirathu District Kaushambi/ respondent no. 3 in case no. 3133 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. T201902420403133) Gaon Sabha Versus Smt. Laxmi Devi under Section 67 (1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petit
