This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus decide the application dated 18.12.2024 of Petitioner and further be pleased to direct the Respondents to restrain the revenue authorities neither interfere in the peaceful possession of the Petitioner over the gata No. 4/2 area 3-12 Acar, gata No. 2/1 area 0.130 hectare, situated at village Jaytauli E, Tehsil Haranpur, District Amroha and Respondents not to cut the crops of Petitioner (annexed as annexure Writ Petition)." 3.
