Pollution Control Board on the basis of instructions has submitted that against two rice mills which were established by the opposite party nos. 7 and 8, necessary proceedings were initiated by the U.P. Pollution Control Board on a complaint being received. 3. The rice mill run by the opposite party no. 7 has already been closed, whereas, a notice has been issued to opposite party no. 8. 4. That being so, we do not see any reason as to why the U.P. Pollution Control Board may not take action as is warranted against the rice mills operating without adherence to the environmental laws. 5.
