Hon'ble Chandra Kumar Rai,J. 1. Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, learned standing counsel for the state- respondents. 2. Brief facts of the case are that one Kashi Nath Dubey had two sons, namely, Ram Sewak Dubey and Mewa Lal Dubey. Ram Sewak Dubey, petitioner's grand father has expired on 23.9.2016 and Mewa Lal Dubey has expired on 23.7.20211. After the death of Mewa Lal Dubey, the land in question was recorded in favour of his brother Ram Sewak Dubey, on the basis of Pa Ka-11. Smt. Urmila Devi wife of Mewa Lal Dubey had two sisters, namely, Smt. Savitri Devi wife of Shaligram and Smt. Gayatri Devi. After the death of Mewa Lal Dubey, an application under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 was filed for recording the name of Smt. Urmila Devi, on the basis of registered will deed dated 27.12.2010 which has been registered as Case No.291 of 2011 (Computerized Case No.T201816670600638) b
