Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 (Board of Revenue U.P. at Lucknow) to decide the Revision No.1137 of 2022 computer Case No. R20221509001137 (Hari Shankar Vs. Algu) under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, Mauja Mahatpal @ Sahatwarm, Tehsiul Banshihm, District-Ballia, within stipulated period which may fixed by Hon'ble this Court." 3. Land Revenue Act, 1901 filed at the instance of contesting respondents is pending before respondent no.2/Board of Revenue, Lucknow, U.P..
