The petitioner applied for recall of the order dated 10.05.2023, by which, the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh set aside an order of the Settlement Officer of Consolidation dated 30.11.2017 and remanded the matter for decision afresh to the Settlement Officer of Consolidation. The Settlement Officer of Consolidation had before him an appeal arising out of a chak allotment matter under Section 21(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
