The impugned order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Kanpur Nagar is appealable to the Settlement Officer of Consolidation under Section 11 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 and revisable too under Section 48(1) of the said Act. In this view of the matter, this petition is dismissed on ground of availability of an equally efficacious alternative remedy.
