Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing of impugned ex parte stay order dated 18.01.2024 passed by the respondent Board in Revision No.4329 of 2023 Etah Computerized Case No. AL 2021821004329 under Section 210 of U .P. Revenue Code, Smt. Sharvesh Kumari and others versus Shaur Yadav (Annexure No.1). (2). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of ad interim Mandamus staying the entire effect and operation of impugned ex parte stay order dated 18.01.2024 passed by the respondent Board in Revision No.4329 of 2023 Etah computerized case No.AL 2021821004329
