The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the stay application pending before the Board of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj in Revision No.3083 of 2024 (Virendra Nath Yadav and Another vs. Arsad Khan and Others). ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in dispute." 3.
