The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.1 to decide the Revision No.397 of 2021 (Thakur Dayal Rai vs. State), under Section 48 (3) of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 with regard to Mauja Nagar Meer Rai, Pargana Jamania, District- Ghazipur pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ghazipur. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ghazipur to correct and amend the map of Mauja Nagsar Meer Rai, Pargana Jamania, District- Ghazipur within period of two months." 3.
