The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(I) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing to the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, District-Prayagraj as respondent no. 2 to decide the Appeal No. 762 of 2024, (Ram Abhilash and another Vs. Surjeet Kumar and others) under section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (II) to issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. (III) to award the cost of the present writ petition in favour of petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforementioned title appeal
