According to the written instructions placed before the Court by Mr. Girijesh Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, it is stated that the consolidation operations after publication of notification under Sections 8 and 9 of Consolidation of Holdings Act are proceeding and records are being constructed. The apprehension of the petitioner that the consolidation proceedings are being stopped because of a Resolution of the Land Management Committee is said to be without basis. Be that as it may, in the circumstances, it is directed that the ongoing consolidation proceedings in Village Semrahwa, Tensil Nautanwa, District Maharajganj shall go on and brought to their logical conclusion expeditiously. This petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
