Munir,J. 1. The petitioner challenged an order dated 05.03.1980 passed by the Assistant Consolidation Officer (Chakbandi) through an appeal dated 07.04.2017. The order passed by the Assistant Consolidation Officer was challenged by the petitioner after a delay of 37 years. It is said that he was a young child of five years at the time when the order was passed. 2. It is also urged that the petitioner is a rustic and an illiterate man who survives by exploiting land for agriculture. It was on this account that he could not seek his remedies earlier. The explanation given by the petitioner was accepted by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation to condone the extraordinary delay of 37 years by the order dated 14.06.2024. This order was challenged in revision by respondent no. 2, Upendra and the other private respondents which has been allowed and the order of the Settlement Officer of Consolidation dated
