The application dated 03.10.2024 is a complaint to the District Magistrate against the Settlement Officer of Consolidation or the Public Information Officer declining to give the petitioner certain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 that he sought through an application dated 28.05.2024. The application under reference has not been made invoking any statutory jurisdiction of the District Magistrate. It is just an administrative complaint.
