In compliance with the order dated 06.01.2025, a personal affidavit has been filed by J.Reebha, District Magistrate, Banda, who is also a District Deputy Director of Consolidation ex officio. She has averred in paragraph nos. 8 to 13 as follows: "8. That it is submitted that the order dated 17.11.1977 passed by the Consolidation Officer Bisanda in case no. 11192, Shyam Lal and others Vs. Lalbuwa and others related to gata no. 2475, has been complied with in the new khatauni of 1427-1432F of village Oran, Pargana Atarra of khata no. 332. Copy of the khatauni of 1427- 1432F is being filed herewith as Annexure No.1 to this affidavit. 9. That it is submitted that order dated 16.09.1977 passed by the
