In compliance with the order dated 09.01.2025, a compliance affidavit has been filed by Suresh Chandara Jaiswal, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Sambhal and another affidavit of compliance by Consolidation Officer, Gunnaur, Sambhal Raj Kumar Verma. Let these both affidavits be taken on record and numbered by the office. In paragraph nos. 7 and 8 of the Deputy Director of Consolidation's affidavit, it is averred: "7. That demand of petitioner and other Chak holders has been completed and as per the demand of petitioner for getting his Chak over Gata No. 343M and 442M he has provided two Gatas as per his demand and total area 0.269 Hectare its valuation 13.61 Paisa and as such order dated 09.01.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court and order dated 24.06.2022 and 25.05.2022 passed by the Consolidation Officer has fully complied with it its pith and substance. True copy of Chak Sansodhan Talika along with C.H.Form-6A are jointly being filed herewith a
