This writ petition has been filed, praying that a mandamus be issued to the respondents not to interfere in the petitioner's peaceful possession in plots of Khata No. 25, bearing Khasra No. 54/0.190 hectare and 58/1.53 hectare, situate in Mauja Fatehpur Nauabad, Pargana, Tehsil and District Bijnor. A further mandamus has been prayed, directing the respondents to maintain status quo with regard to the said plots and not to sell the aforesaid plots to any third party. 3. It appears that proceedings before the Consolidation Authorities have been taken resort to by parties, where orders have been passed at different levels. A civil suit too has been filed.
