It appears that Chakbandi operations commenced in the village on 13.11.2007 by issue of a notification under Section 4-A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (for short, 'the Act of 1953'). The provisional consolidation scheme was framed and objections filed.
