A supplementary affidavit has been filed in Court today on behalf of the petitioner. It is taken on record. The petitioners' application against the order dated 16.12.2022 has been rejected by the Consolidation Officer vide order dated 16.10.2024 inasmuch as a notification under Section 6(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 has been issued. The restoration application has, therefore, been held not maintainable. In this view of the matter, this petition has been rendered infructuous and it is dismissed as infructuous.
