This writ petition is directed against an order dated 04.09.2024 passed by the District Deputy Director of Consolidation, Amroha/District Magistrate, Amroha declining to transfer proceedings of Revision No. 445/202354133800000693, under Section 48 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 from the Court of the Deputy Director of Consolidation to any other Court of Competent Jurisdiction. The allegation, on the basis of which transfer has been sought, is that the petitioner had come to know that respondent nos. 3 and 4 before the Collector, who are arrayed as respondents here, have influence with the Kisan Union, whose office bearers or men have brought pressure upon the Deputy Director of Consolidation to decide in the said respondents' favour.
