In compliance with the order dated 09.01.2025, a report has been filed by the Tehsildar, Nizamabad, District Azamgarh dated 20.01.2025 and countersigned on 22.01.2025 by the Sub Divisional Officer, Nizamabad showing that the order of the Assistant Consolidation Officer dated 27.05.1994 has been entered in the Malikan Register and the Khatauni. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition except that if the petitioners have some further grievance against the record of rights, they will be free to move the Competent Authority in this regard.
