By the impugned order dated 02.09.2024 passed in Revision No. 197/202454131600000263, the third respondent's application, seeking condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act in moving the Revision, has been allowed and the delay condoned. The delay was of about eleven months. The Deputy Director of Consolidation by the order impugned has found the cause sufficient and accepted the explanation.
