And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Bhagwan Dutt Pandey,Chandra Prakash Misra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,R.B.Pal Hon'ble J.J. Munir,J. Heard Mr. B.D. Pandey, learned Counsel for the petitioner and R.B. Pal, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 4. The Deputy Director of Consolidation by the impugned order has done a reasonable adjustment of chaks between the parties granting commensurate part of their original holdings. The mere fact that this has led to the carvation of three chak is no good ground to interfere in the consolidation scheme and carvation of chaks done by the Consolidation Authorities. There is no such violation of any principle under Section 19 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act on the foot of which this Court may interfere in the exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. This petition, accordingly, fails and is dismissed summarily. Order Date :- 6.1.2025 Deepak Digitally signed by :- DEEPAK KUMAR PANDEY High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
