Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:13219 Court No. - 49 Case :- WRIT - B No. - 308 of 2025 Petitioner :- Dilip Singh And 2 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Satyam Maurya,Vishal Agarwal Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble J.J. Munir,J. 1. Heard Mr. Vishal Agarwal, learned Counsel for the petitioners in support of this petition at length and Mr. Girijesh Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3. 2. The Deputy Director of Consolidation has set aside the orders dated 17.10.2022 and 18.03.2024 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Mainpuri in proceedings under Sections 9-A(2) and 42-A of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners has been at pains to persuade this Court, that the orders impugned are manifestly illegal and that we should interfere with the remand and bring proceedings to an end endorsing the Consolidation Officer's order. 4. A perusal of the impugned orders shows that the remand has been made noticing procedural irregularities with no expression of opinion on the merits of the parties' case by the Deputy Director
