Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the court of Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to decide the civil Revision No.136 of 2016 Under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A.& L.R. Act, (Syed Kazim Ali Khan Vs. State of U.P. and others), within a time bound period as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court preferably within a period of three months." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that revision under Section 333 of U. P. Z. A. & L. R. Act filed at the instance of the petitioner is pending before respondent No.1-Board of Revenue, U.P. Allahabad since 07.04.2016.
