Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Chitragupt, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Pankaj Kumar Verma, learned standing counsel for the state-respondents. 2. Brief facts of the case are that proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 was initiated by the contesting respondent no.5, on the basis of the will deed dated 2.1.2003 executed in his favour by Badri Prasad which was registered as Case No.671/2011-12 and the petitioners also initiated proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 on the basis of succession, which was registered as Case No.687/2012. Both the mutation cases were clubbed together and decided vide order dated 26.6.2019, recording the name of respondent no.5 on the basis of the alleged will deed.
