By means of the instant petition the petitioner has assailed the legality of the judgment/order dated 04.07.2023, rendered by Armed Forces Tribunal in Original Application No.1130 of 2020, whereby the original application for the reliefs sought therein claiming disability pension rounding off to 70% has been rejected by learned Tribunal. 3.
