Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-State. 2. The writ petition filed by the State is directed against the judgment and order rendered by the U.P. State Public Service Tribunal in Claim Petition No. 1341 of 2022 whereby the interest on the delayed payment of the gratuity has been allowed by the tribunal at the rate admissible to him according to the government order applicable in this behalf. 3. Once the government order itself provides for payment of interest on the delayed payments of the gratuity and in the present case, the delay is not attributable to any act on the part of the pensioner, we see no reason to interfere in the order passed by the tribunal which proceeds strictly in accordance with law. 4.
