This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Tribunal to decide the pending O.A. filed by the petitioner. 2. Submissions have been made that against removal from service, the petitioner has filed O.A. before the Tribunal in the year 2023 and the same remains pending for consideration and, therefore, the Tribunal be directed to decide the same with expedition. 3. A perusal of the order sheets filed by the petitioner, reveals that after the pleadings in the matter have been completed, the same is getting listed before the Tribunal at regular intervals and apparently either the same has not reached or the parties have sought adjournment, therefore further dates have been fixed. From the above, it cannot be said that the duration for which the matter is pending before the Tribunal, any such direction needs to be issued
