This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved of the order dated 09.07.2024 passed in Original Application No. 793 of 2023 whereby the Original Application filed by the respondent has been allowed. 2. At the outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue as raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order passed by this Court in Union of India and others Vs. Santosh Kumar Sharma and others : Writ-A No. 5199 of 2024, decided on 22.04.2024. 3. In the case of Santosh Kumar Sharma (supra), a similar petition filed by the appellants, came to be dismissed by this Court. 4. In view of the above fact-situation, following the order in the case of Santosh Kumar Sharma (supra), this writ petition is also dismissed.
