Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Director, Panchayat Raj, Department, Lucknow as respondent no.5 during the course of the day. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents. 3. Present petition has been filed seeking for the following relief:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 i.e. District Panchayat Raj Adhikari, District Varanasi to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on suitable post under dying-in-harness rules within stipulated period of time." 4. In compliance of order dated 13.12.2024, respondent no.3 has filed his personal affidavit alongwith letter dated 19.12.2024 by which the case of the petitioner was referred to the State Government for grant of relaxation in age. 5. Under such facts of the case, petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent
