Pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2024, Sri Vivek Kumar Singh has produced instruction. On the basis instruction, he submitted that now final order dated 24.12.2024 has been passed declaring the petitioner unfit for service. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 24.12.2024, which is not objected by Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondents. 4.
