He next submitted that remedy before the petitioner is to file original application before Central Administrative Tribunal(CAT) in service dispute. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 3. According, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file original application before CAT, if so advised.
